Address Verification
If you would like your package to be shipped to an address that is different from the credit card billing address, you must provide both addresses to Ideal Brilliance and your credit card company. Ideal Brilliance will verify that both addresses are on file with your credit card company before your order will be shipped.

Ideal Brilliance will verify a physical address for all submissions of payment. You must have your shipping address and your billing address on file with your credit card company for your payment to be processed. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction we believe to be fraudulent.

Product Availability
Ideal Brilliance strives to maintain an up-to-date online inventory. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will personally and promptly contact you to help you search for a comparable item.
