30 Day Unconditional Return Policy

 

Ideal Brilliance strives to provide superior customer satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it exceeds your expectations. If, for any reason, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange any item within 30 days from the date of shipment, as indicated on your invoice.

Criteria for Returns

  • All items must be returned to Ideal Brilliance by Registered Mail with Return Receipt via the United States Postal Service. All packages returned to Ideal Brilliance must be postmarked from the United States Postal Service within thirty days from the original shipment date, as indicated on your shipping invoice.
  • All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped. Items must be undamaged, and without signs of wear or tear. Special Orders may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Items must be returned with all of the original shipping contents. If applicable, all original Diamond Grading Reports must accompany diamond returns. If an original Diamond Grading Report is not returned, you may be charged a fee to replace this document. If your purchase was accompanied by an Appraisal Document the original Appraisal Document must also be returned. In addition, we require that these items are returned in the same condition you received them or a replacement fee may apply.

Purchases that meet all criteria will be refunded in full to the original form of payment. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed by our Gemologists. All packages are opened in the presence of two staff Gemologists and are examined for verification.

Any illegal or fraudulent activity will be investigated or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Defective or Wrong Items

In the rare case that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund the return shipping fees and will send the undamaged or correct item to you promptly, with no shipping charges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of the original shipment date, as indicated on your invoice. How to Return an Item

To return an item to Ideal Brilliance, please follow these simple steps:

Obtain Your Return Authorization Number - Contact Ideal Brilliance to obtain a return authorization number. You may call us at 1-800-967-2799 or email us at service@idealbrilliance.com.

Repackage the Item - Repack your item securely with all of the original contents including the appraisal report and the diamond certificate, if appropriate. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. If you have any questions about how to prepare your package for shipping please contact the United States Postal Service by visiting
www.usps.com or by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS.

Ship the Package - You must return the package to us by Registered Mail with Return Receipt via the United States Postal Service. Ideal Brilliance will not accept any returns that are shipped with any other company. Be sure to retain a shipping receipt for your records. Insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. I deal Brilliance is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Name and Address - Please make sure that your name, address, and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and mail the package to:

Please Remember: For your security as well as ours, DO NOT indicate the contents of the package anywhere on the box.

Confirmation - Ideal Brilliance will contact you when your package has been received by our office. Once the contents of the package have been inspected and verified by two of our staff Gemologists, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Most refunds are issued within three business days from when the package is received by Ideal Brilliance. If further information or verification is needed we will contact you.
